Return requests

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Email bibceo@hotmail.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please return it complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.

Refunds

After approving a return, we will issue the eligible refund to the original payment method after the returned item arrives and is inspected. Processing time may vary by payment provider. Any surcharge for an express delivery option is not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Exceptions

Returns may not be available for goods made to your specifications, items altered or damaged after delivery, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other items excluded by applicable law.
