Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. If an item requires clarification before dispatch, we will contact you using the email address provided with the order.

Destinations, rates, and delivery

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions. Any estimate shown during checkout or in an order update is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

When the carrier provides tracking, we will send the tracking details to the email address used for the order.

Customs and import charges

Unless checkout clearly states that duties or taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country.
